See my signature below. I've been bumped backwards through Sept and October build weeks, now to Nov 7th week as of yesterday's email. Only conciliation is still being eligible for the lower interest financing and price protection, but basically it will be a year old vehicle when (IF) I get it.

Perhaps if it gets pushed back to 11/14 week they will accidentally install a Sync3 with navigation to keep the assembly line moving (fat chance but 🤞). I mean, I didn't qualify for the spiffy free FITS kit so I'd like to get something for waiting what seems like forever.

What a clusterfrick by Ford!

I’m still 10/31 week as of now. I know everyone says if you have a vin you are getting a 22, but i still wonder what happens if they don’t build your vin’ed 22, and you don’t get a private offer, and 23 ordering is now closed 🤔. Here’s hoping they get all the 22 with vin finished! Good luck everyone
I think they will finish all of the 22's. The question is by when?

It must be chaos on the production floor with how often they change those dates.
The build date changes do not affect the people on the production floor.
As long as they have parts, they build trucks. Mavericks and Bronco Sports. One right after the other.

My Hybrid got bumped from 10/24 to 10/31 earlier this week, so yeah -- it looks like they're dragging this out. Which is exactly why they cut off 2023 orders so fast.
My Sept 5 build has been moved SEVEN times !!! Not even funny anymore. Ford has cost themselves a lot of customers and money over these screw-ups. Now looking at October 17, maybe. And it is just a base hybrid !

I think hybrids are getting pushed back a lot more often than Ecoboosts. Not that I'm not seeing Ecoboosts moved, and mine has bounced around between 10/24 and 10/31, but it seems like the hybrids just keep getting slid further and further back.

I wish you the best, but I won't cry if my truck slides up a week or two either...

10/18/21 Hybrid XLT Lux order. Was sure I was going to need to convert to a MY23 but got a VIN and scheduled date of 10/17 right before the MY23 banks opened. Then got an email with updated date of 10/31, then another with 11/7, and yet another yesterday that it has moved to 11/14. I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous that I'm going to somehow get screwed out of my truck, but at this point not much I can do but wait and see.

Yep, those hybrids. I see you all getting pushed and pushed, and I'm just sitting here with my 10/31 Ecoboost build week hoping it doesn't happen to me. 😬

So what you are saying is if the boat is going down, don’t expect you to hold up the lifeboats for me lol.

I stopped by my dealership this morning, minutes after getting off a Ford Chat. I was surprised that FC still sees a 10/17 build week for my XLT Hybrid. My salesman had no other info, but after reading the posts in this thread, my optimism wanes. Like most of you here, I'll be happy to see Velocity Blue in my garage by Christmas.

Has anybody who got the build week email from Ford (not just who found out from customer support) and who had their build week moved *after* getting that email not gotten an update email about it?
Do I need to keep checking with Ford after I've gotten the build week email or will any move at this point come with an update?

Ah, that's different, because in that case, we are truly in it together and there is arguably something I CAN do to help.

In this case, neither you nor I have any control whatsoever over what Ford does, which orders get built and which don't. So, the best I can do is wish you the best. And that's the best you can do for me. I don't have to feel guilty if my truck gets built and yours doesn't, because it was never in my power to influence it in the first place.

Now, if there's one seat left on the life boat, and I push you into the water so I can snag it, well, I'd have to live with that regret for the rest of my life! ;)

I got an email from Ford about being scheduled for the week of 10/24. Since then, according to Ford Chat, I have bounced around between the weeks of 10/24 and 10/31, but I haven't received any additional emails from Ford with any updates.

So, who knows...

Received an email scheduled for production end of September, called two weeks later and it had been moved up one week, wow, and called today....it is built. No emails whatsoever since the first production scheduled email. FORD chat stated they are experiencing delays in email...lol, I'd say so haha. I was told I "should" receive an email when it ships.
