Ford Order Confirmation Concerns?

I'm a bit concerned about my options listed in my confirmation email from Ford I received Monday. My reservation and what I discussed with the dealer included a 4k towing package and co-pilot 360. I see the asterisks that says not all options are included, but those are pretty big ones....

They took a week to get my order in as the guy I met with was out, so I'm concerned it may have been ordered incorrectly. The co-pilot 360 I could probably live with out, but this truck will be a paperweight to me without the 4k towing. I did send an email asking for the DORA, but would that even guarantee it was ordered correctly? Don't know why Ford can't give you the full build info. Screenshot from my email below:

Interesting. Mine did list the copilot 360 but not the other smaller specifics to my order (tow hitch, 110V). Am planning on emailing my dealer anyway to see if I can get a copy of the DORA.

It's just printing off the first 6 things from the order list, which will generally be the most useless information (All the standard junk that comes from the trim/powertrain). Don't over think it.

The Dora will be whatever they put into the system. Good luck on getting it - I called yesterday to modify my order and get a Dora, and all I got was that my order number was '0625,' which I assume means I ordered the 625th car from the dealership this fiscal year. Which is useless information.

I would try again to get the Dora. The confirmation not showing 4k is common it seems but the copilot 360 shows

Is it listed on your copy of the dealer's order sheet? That form should be an exact copy of what was ordered.

I think you are okay because my email from Ford does not list everything from my DORA, and I have my dealer’s copy. Also, in the fine print FORD stated it does not show all options and packages.

All they gave me when I left the dealer was a receipt for my deposit and a promise I'd receive an email from Ford (which I did not receive until a week later when I asked them about it).

IF YOU SIGN AN ORDER FORM AND A CONTRACT OF SALE, CALL YOUR SALESMAN AND ASK HIM TO EMAIL YOU A COPY OF THE FORMS YOU SIGNED. I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THEN REALIZED I DID NOT GET A COPY OF WHAT I SIGNED... JUST GOT A RECEIPT FOR MY DEPOSIT. GOOD LUCK.

Not sure why the DORA was not provided to you or anyone else because it allows you to confirm EXACTLY what you ordered.

I suggest you tell your dealer you'd like a printout of the order that was sent to Ford. You didn't realize they hadn't emailed it to you when they placed the order, and you need it for your records.

I suggest you tell your dealer you'd like a printout of the order that was sent to Ford. You didn't realize they hadn't emailed it to you when they placed the order, and you need it for your records.

I ordered a Lariat with the luxury package, and the required co-pilot 360, yesterday. It required a $500 deposit that the sales rep "said" was refundable. I made him write it on the receipt and sign it. Now looking at my preview order it says type: stock, priority code 80. This looks wrong. What now?
