Anyone calling Ford Customer Service and getting a medical alert sales pitch?

Ordered June of 2021, still waiting. Trying to get a status on build date and when I call into Ford get stuck going through a sales pitch for a Life Alert type device. Once you get through them they pass you on to another promo for internet service and other stuff.
I called 800-335-4375.

Anyone else going through same thing?

Thank you everyone. Build date pushed back for the third time. Looking at 9/12 build week with delivery to dealer by 10/14. That will make 16 months total but hopefully they will have some of the kinks worked out.
