I have a 2022 Maverick that I picked up in November 2021. I got a recall notice in January 2022 regarding possible damage to the gas tank during manufacturing, but I could keep driving it, if I didn't notice a problem. In March I got a notice from Ford that parts were available. I contacted my dealership, but they didn't have parts. I got another notice in early July saying that I had not had my Maverick inspected and fixed. I took it to the dealership. No parts. Since I don't smell gasoline or see leakage, I'm driving it with the "check engine" light on. Ford Customer Service checked on things for me last week. No parts. No one has used the words "supply chain", but I'm pretty sure that's what's going on. Crickets from my long-time dealership.
