I just found this video and in it they compare the Maverick against the Ranger (new version). What is really cool about the video is that they use a lot of measurements and per $ cost for those measurement. It's a neat way to compare the two trucks and get an idea of per $ cost difference between the two. They also have measurement for the off-roading like approach angle, breakover angle, which I haven't seen listen before. The video has been out for a month, but I just found it and I don't recall seeing it mentioned on the forum.

Will the Maverick be too low? I kinda wish it had more aggressive stance.

Just remember everyone, the 2023(?) Ranger is on it's way in, so this video can become outdated very soon.
the new Ranger is still built on the same platform underneath, so a lot of current specs should be similar.

Maverick vs the Ranger.

For me really the Maverick is the better choice at $24,695 period.

I put together two Ranger XLT builds. One a SuperCrew and the other a Super Cab.

The Ranger SuperCrew is more equivalent to the Maverick XLT as both are 4-door trucks. The Ranger's bed is 5' vs 4.5' for the Maverick.

Ranger SuperCrew XLT MSRP is $31,990 or $7,295 (+ tax) more expensive that the Maverick

The Ranger Super Cab is only a 2-door truck but has a larger bed of 6'.

Ranger Super Cab XLT MSRP is $30,210 or $5,515 (+ tax) more expensive that the Maverick

I have attached pdf's of the three builds.
