I just got the email from Ford saying to change restricted items on my truck and potentially get built or jump on 23my and get a special private offer on it. Ordered 10/9/21and likely won't get it until 23? I'm just sad.

Not necessarily. If you roll your order into a MY23 you could still receive it in 2022 (November or December) but would get a MY23 with whatever new options might be available.
Personally at this point I think I would be glad it was going to be a MY23 instead of a MY22.

I got it also. XLT Hybrid Lux ordered 7/21. Don’t believe the statement about oldest orders having priority is accurate. I’m not removing anything. At this point, I’d rather wait for a 2023. Looks like I’ll have the opportunity!

I called Ford and they said they can't tell me that I'd be automatically rolled over that would be up to my dealer. I'll ride it out but I am really concerned at this point. My order shows clean in the system which means nothing holding it up.

If it makes you feel better, I ordered-10/9/21 too and as of last week nobody has a record that I ever had an order. So basically I have to start all over again by ordering a MY23 with no credit for my Oct 2021 order. It’s as if it never happened and nobody seems to care. In my my order was good when I would call Ford. So, I did not receive the email today since my order has vanished. I had received previous Ford emails when I still had an order. Be glad you got the email. It could be worse.

Probably smart. resale value wise its probably better to get a 2023 than a 2022 at the end of 2022
