I finally got my XL AWD w/4k tow package - First thing was new wheels. I will use the steel wheels for winter.

Tires are Sumitomo HTR A/S P03 - 245/55R18
Wheels are Borbet Type Y 18x8 with 45 offset

I did not want a lower offset since the stock front tires already stick out from the fenders more than I like. The best part of the swap was obviously the look but I was very surprised that the upgraded tire size changed the feel more than expected. With the stock 225/65R17 size the truck felt like a truck, loose and floaty feeling. Now it is tight and drives much more car like.

In my opinion 245/55R18 is the best size for this truck because it keeps the stock gear ratio. Taller tires make stock vehicle feel noticeably slower. I have a bunch more pics if anyone wanted different angles.

Great choice, they look like Ford GT wheels. (y)

And a set of front (only) Ford mud guards will help keep the truck’s sides clean. Available from EBay Ford Dealers cheap.

I think those wheels and tires look great with that color...good choice. It really changes the whole look of the truck.

I have actually made my wife decide on the wheels for the last three vehicles. Everytime she has picked what I consider the best of the available options. I can never decide so I let her make the final choice of my top three. So far I have not been disappointed.

Are these the "Matte Titanium" finish that Tire Rack currently has? If so, they look better in person than the Tire Rack website.

Great looking set up! The wheel color really compliments the truck. Thanks for sharing.
