Got an email from my salesperson today.
"Your Maverick is scheduling for preview today, which means it should be vinned and scheduled for production by Friday!"

Is she just guessing or is this how it works?

Dealers can see status' that the public can not. As long as your email is listed on the retail order, you should receive an email with a link to the Ford website so you can view the VIN.

Looks good but still depends on constrained options. If no constraints you could get scheduled.

Previewing means it's being looked at by the scheduler. Many on here have been previewing for months. Take this as a good sign though, you might get scheduled sooner than later.

Yes, that is correct. Dealers can see on Tues and Wed what orders are previewing (= expected) to schedule. Things can change by Thursday of course, but it does look good for you!!

Looks good but still depends on constrained options. If no constraints you could get scheduled.

I don't think full size spare or FX4 is constrained last I checked but hoping they aren't. Thanks for the info!
