Tracking my mav via railcar

My Maverick has been stuck in Madison, IL since early morning of March 30. The rail tracking indicates "bad order," which apparently means there's an issue with the railcar. It is due in Shelbyville, KY on April 6, but I doubt that will happen given this delay. I've seen elsewhere that the bad order issue is usually resolved in a few days. Anybody else had a similar issue?

I probably should have stuck with my plan of not obsessively tracking once it hit the rail, but I fell victim to the Amazon Age we find ourselves in.

"O" i also was told that once they got to madison that ford had requested that all tracking be shut-down because ford was getting a lot of complaints about there trucks being stuck at railyards due to trucking shortage of drivers this is ford way of keeping things quiet!

So I'm trying to track where my car is. The ETA is 4/7-4/13 but I got a really good offer for my current car and hope that my truck is coming earlier anyways I got the rail car # TTGX991375 and called CSX to track it and they said it was emptied in San Bernardino CA in February, but mine didn't ship til March and I live in NY... Has anyone else had problems tracking theirs? And is there an easier way?? I contacted my dealer but haven't heard back yet

I have been tracking my rail car too. Try Norfolk Southern and see if you can find it there. I had the same problem with CSX/UP. Mine was always with NS.
My truck was built on 3/10, and has been inching across the country since that day. My delivery is also estimated as 4/7-4/13. The rail car has been in Conway, PA now for almost 3 days. So close to the drop in DE, yet so far!
NS customer operations: 800-635-5768. Then choose option 2 (intermodal), option 2 (tracing), type in the alpha or say it (type 8849#), then type your numbers or say them. Confirm by saying Yes, or pushing 1.

Mine just shipped this morning on TTGX702688 which CSX says it left IL in February...NS says it loaded this morning somewhere but I couldnt understand their automated system as well. I wish they had a computer tracking system the public could use. Anyone have access that could help me out?

Hey thats great, thanks much after trying another 10 times I did get through with tracking. Just hope it doesn't sit around in Detroit waiting for a truck carrier. At least I am getting some respect now....

Uh oh, your truck may have a buddy. I've had no luck getting my railcar number from the dealer or Ford but a Ford rep did put my truck in Madison 4/1 with no movement since. Shelbyville bound...eventually.

Hey Buddy i see you are a fellow Alabama boy "ROLL_TIDE! I live in Moody Al just so happens mytruck was at Madison on March 31st it left Madison on the 3rd of April and went to St-Louis and then to Princeton Indiana and arrived at Shelbyville-Kentucky at 8:32am on April 7th it is due to arrive at my dealer April 23- 29. your truk is prob/sitting at rail yard where all the mavericks come to by rail and is just sitting there at McCalla Alabama, This is just 25 miles from you it is the major hub for ford Mavericks in the south please reace out to your dealer and ask them to call there local "FORD-REP" to push it along-Ford has told the dealers to ask there "REP" to do this if it has whet pas the due date that ford give you roll tid
