Got lucky once, got lucky twice!!

So, I got lucky twice. I picked up a hybrid XL in Velocity Blue on 27 January. It was the luck of a call I made to many dealers, and a customer couldn’t pick up his truck due to medical problems. While it wasn’t the hybrid XLT with CP 360 and the lux pkg in Velocity Blue. I figured that would get me by until my order arrives.

About 10:40 this morning, I got a call from the dealer I placed my order with. They got in a hybrid XLT with the Lux pkg in Velocity Blue, but without the CP360. It just came off the truck, and the person that ordered it decided he didn’t want it. The salesman told me the first to arrive could buy the truck. Luckily, I hightailed it out the door, hit all green lights, and made it to the dealer 10 minutes before another guy, who was PO’d!! He was screaming and yelling so loud, it was echoing off the walls!!
So, I finalized the deal, and am the happy owner of an XLT hybrid with the Lux pkg in VB!!

I did trade the XL in. I got $1K more than I paid, plus got to keep the tiifold hard top tonneau cover.
Now, to dress it up a bit!!
