I didn't place my order for a hybrid XLT until 10/30, but the dealership/salesperson messed up and the order was never placed. Fortunately, the dealership had already ordered a virtually identical Maverick (Velocity Blue) with no designated customer back in June. They put me down as the owner and I picked it up on December 23. I don't know how many unclaimed Mavericks are still on order (probably none), but I'm pretty sure I'd still be waiting if the October order had gone through. By the way - I haven't driven it much yet because of weather and a spouse with a broken ankle, but I'm really liking it so far.
