Anyone buy a DashMat Dashboard cover for your Maverick?

I have an XL hybrid in Velocity Blue and was thinking of getting a black velour dashboard cover to match the inside. I live in Florida, and the sun reflects off of my dash to my windshield. I was thinking this would greatly reduce the glare.

Got my black carpet one awhile back, It cuts down the glare and also for the 95-110 degree days we have in the summer. I personally think the carpet version fades less than the other materials. Got it from DashMat

I'm glad I searched for this thread. A blue dash cover for my future Velocity Blue maverick is an excellent idea. Way back in the day I asked someone why dash mats became popular and the hot, dry and sunny south and especially western areas of the U.S. were notorious for cracking and peeling dashboards. I think a mat will reduce scratches to a degree and well worth the investment.

I got the Dash Blue because it looked to be the correct color on their site. However, it is lighter in color than I expected. The Navy would probably be the better match.
