Really? I've had the opposite experience using Fords site. I've ordered a couple items like the tailgate assist and some rear mud flaps and they all arrived on time.

The couple of times I've tried using other online OEM vendors because the price was cheaper the order was always canceled due to backorder or not available.

The prices on that site really aren't that great. You can find just as good of deals out there if not better. Find the part you like and take the part number and plug it into google to see what comes up. You might be surprised,

Unless they are in really bad shape, if trading in, why don’t people just take the mats from their previous vehicle if they are roughly the same size.

I'm assuming it's mostly a case of "wouldn't fit". It's my reason, anyway.
