Bak Revolver X4S - review / feedback?

Looking for feedback from anyone who has installed a Bak Revolver X4S on their Maverick.
How badly does it block the back window, and rear view mirror visibility, when rolled up against the window?
It appears lower than the Ford version in pictures, but I'm not sure the pictures give the answer I'm looking for.

Here are a few pics for you. I'd say a little less than half of the rear window is covered. Note that I have a tailgate spoiler so it may "look" a little different on yours. I had no issues driving with it up while carrying lumber.

Depending on how far back you mount the rails, especially if you follow like their instructions say, you may not be able to close the tailgate. Slide the rails slightly further up until you find the right fitment (which in my case was pretty much as far forward as they go. With a tailgate spoiler, I had to trim the corners or else they interfere with tonneau rails.

Xactly...etsy/ebay...The raised emblem decals would look better on velocity blue vs. area 51 IMO. It has a more electric blue tone to it (hence the lightning color name it had during checkout). In fact, I plan to replace them with either a matte black or maybe even red. The lightning look also it makes it difficult to read. I get a lot of people squinting trying to read what it says...and it's just asking for one of them to not pay attention if I make a sudden stop or turn.

Installed my X4S yesterday.

It's a good fit, but tight from front to back. The front seal is right up against the truck's back window and the tonneau just barely closes at the tailgate. It's easier to just latch the tonneau down and then close the tailgate under it.

Still, other people have complained about the Ford rollup being too short and leaking, so I think this is better. It doesn't look like it will leak, but I live in Arizona so it may be months before I see any rain. to test it out.

Maybe I'll take it through a car wash to check the seal.

Lariat owner here with bak revolver x4s.
You are right, they are off.
The rails near rear window are too short.
I would say about 1/2 off.
I have seen no video or pictures of their covers with this big of a gap between rails and vinyl as stated in the manual.
I can literally see in the bed.

Not sure if you contacted bak industries, but you should so they can have a record of all the complaints and admit to the issue and resolve it.
They state it is of proper measurements but are not using common sense when looking at pictures to acknowledge They may have a problem.
Their solution to me was they would send a new foam seal and for me to add foam on a $1200 cover to close the gap. Not cool.
Anyone with this issue please file a complaint with bak And maybe it gets fixed. I've enclosed a picture.
Except for this issue I like everything else about this cover.

Hey there - I noticed you have the tailgate spoiler like me. My X4s is arriving today and I saw on another thread where someone struggled installing because of the tailgate spoiler. Did you have any issues or have to do anything special to install based on the spoiler?
