Towing 3 dirt bikes on a trailer over 400 miles was about 21.5MPG. Though normally I’m right at 40mpg.
2 dirt bikes in the bed at 80mph for 90 minutes and I get about 27-30mpg.
FoMoCo already has the AWD PHEV system for the Maverick developed and is selling it in the Lincoln Corsair. Corsair PHEV is based on the same platform, but instead of mechanical AWD, it is eAWD.
I bet MY24 we get a PHEV FWD and maybe MY25 we get the PHEV AWD, though maybe that’s 24 too
100% have a hybrid. If it’s just me in the truck and no load than I can get 36-50MPG.
Once you add payload and especially towing, MPG goes down. Still higher than the EB and any other truck.
if I was towing around town between 35-45MPh you can keep it in electric a fair amount but anything over...
As an added data point…Hybrid XLT LUX pulling 3 dirt bikes. Weight was probably between 1100-1200 with trailer plus had 3 riders camping and riding gear in the bed, so Maybe including 600lbs payload.
Got about 20-23MPG pulling up and down into PA mountains. Never felt a lack of power.
