Hi all,
just wanted to say hello and get my first post out of the way.

Took delivery of my silver XL from the Dwayne Lane dealership up in Skagit this week. Just have to say, good dealing with them, no nonsense order process (July, 2020) and delivery - minimal time wasting. Sold the vehicle to me with no ADM, and good communication (shared what they knew, didn't guess when they didn't have the info, answered my questions in a timely fashion).

For all those that are clamoring for their vehicle, it was interesting to hear from the sales guy that my Maverick was just the 4th they had delivered. I'm feeling really fortunate that I got mine.

Order placed/confirmed: 7/16/21
Notification of scheduling (build week): 9/16/21 (11/8/21)
Notification of build week revision 1 (new date): 10/11/21 (11/15/21)
Notification of build week revision 2 (new date): 11/12/21 (12/6/21)
Notification of build completion: 12/28/21
Forecasted delivery date: 1/20-26/2022
Actual delivery date: 1/28/21


The Maverick is replacing a 1st gen Tundra, access cab. Tundra: now that is a great truck. A running commentary/comparison will be forth coming.

My dealer, Mullinax Ford in Olympia, had 4 others come in on the same transporter when I got my December 16th. They had about two dozen before mine arrived.

Dwayne Lane must be a pretty low volume dealer. You are even more fortunate than you probably realized!
