Looking for dealer in GA, AL, SC, or TN for Maverick

Does anyone have a recommendation on a dealer not asking for asinine pricing and added fees in the South Eastern US? Vehicle will be titled in NorthWest GA (in the triangle between Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Birmingham) , but would be willing to go further or talk about a delivery fee. Local dealership wanted 10% down 5% over MSRP, boy I needed a good laugh this morning but that was not it.

Just order from Tom at Chapman Ford from this forum. Ask around the Ford dealers near you to find one that provides "courtesy delivery" for a small fee and Tom will have it drop-shipped directly to that dealer for pickup, 4% below invoice. Dude's saving me thousands and made it super easy.

A bit south for you, but if wanted to spend a few days vacation on the Gulf Coast, then call Brandon at Moyer Ford in Foley, Ala. No money down and able to do the orders digitally for you.

I went to marshal mize also, I also paid same $500 deposit and the doc fees will come down a little with X plan pricing - TN has higher sales tax than GA so you would want to look at that.

Me and another fellow in Georgia are buying ours from Chapman Ford in Philadelphia, Pa for 4% under invoice, NO DEPOSIT, they handles it all via email and I got a confirmation from Ford.We couldn’t find anyone even remotely close to the same pricing.I live in West Point, Ga and couldn’t find anyone in Columbus, Atlanta or Auburn area bedsides MSRP.
I’m not sure if he is doing a courtesy drop off or picking his up. I’ve got family in PA so I’ll be picking mine up and visiting.

Thank you all for the replies, I did not mention it before, but the vehicle will be used to deliver benefits to Alzheimer’s patients and Veterans with TBI (we are a registered charitable organization) so every dollar saved means more people we can afford to help.

Most states, at least border states, send the taxes and paperwork directly to the DMV/DOR of the appropriate state. But, this practice does vary from state to state. I know once I had to pay state sales tax, then show proof of new vehicle registration and file for a refund. That was the ‘90s though.

Hey, also ordered from Chapman Horsham and am doing a courtesy delivery to TN. Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet sells at invoice with a high doc fee ($495?) and they’re the only ones below MSRP I’ve personally talked to. I talked to some Chattanooga dealers, too.

A member on here found a good CD dealer north of Atlanta. I can find the thread later if you’re interested.

We are near Clemson, SC. We ordered from Chapman with a courtesy delivery 100 miles away in Georgia. DM me for details. The courtesy delivery costs $250 and the fees at Chapman fun $394. All told, that's about 2% of invoice for our Lariat with Lux. Pkg. But paying those fees still leaves us 2% under invoice, net, and we couldn't find that kind of deal anywhere near us.

@Dealerinsider (Tom from Chapman) will help you out. So many of us have reserved through him and his team and they are fantastic. They support the CD option without issue either....a few good CD options in the Raleigh, NC area, but plenty of other states as well
