Flated Inflatable Topper for Maverick

There's a company named Flated that makes inflatable truck toppers. Since they are inflatable they're very lightweight and can be installed and removed by one person. The website is https://getflated.com/products/air-topper-large. I inquired about a topper that fits the Maverick this is their response:

Me: Hi. Is there a topper that fits the Ford Maverick?​

That's an interesting concept, I wonder how it holds up at highway speeds and cold weather*? My primary use for the Maverick is to haul my wife's powered wheelchair. Because it needs to be protected from the elements I need a topper, but having one that's easy to remove is very attractive.

* In SD, cold weather is -40.

I was just informed of this thread after posting about it without doing a search first (I know - duh!!)

Since @FLATED Guy may be monitoring this forum - Any locking solutions for the topper? I know a knife can defeat "soft tops" but didn't want it as easy to simply unzipper.

IMO - The Taco group is nicer because we only have the energy to be angry at Ford because we haven't gotten our Hybrids yet. When we get them then we will have enough anger to sprinkle around a little better

Very cool. I really like the look and function of this topper. I'm looking at rooftop and bed tents, but this might be a good alternative. It's pricey, but I live in an apartment so it might be worth the premium for the ability to deflate and store in close quarters. Rooftop tents are just so huge, and you have to shell out for a rack anyway.

I liked the two posts about versions that would cover the down tailgate for a "sleeper" version but I wanted to post to emphasize that it would be a first buy for me if offered.
