Mine is still in production with zero answers.
ETA delivery of 1/12 hasn’t changed. Attached are tracker and window sticker. Could anyone give me answer in what may be happening?

Looks like mine. Blend date of 12/9, in production 12/16, modules responded 12/16, shipping eta 1/12/22. Still in production as of today 12/27. That 1/12 date is not realistic

That’s what I was afraid of. I don’t know how much longer I can wait for this truck. I have no modules either. So it’s not even built that means right? It’s not right what is happening.

Sent to Plant means the VIN was sent to plant for production according to this site. My VIN was sent over on 12/13 and officialy considered in production on the dealer report on 12/20 ( vehicle entered body shop week of scheduled production) then was considered "produced" as in fully built on 12/21. On my end with the ford tracker its been "in production" until today 12/27 and it started showing as built for me for a few hours now. I am thinking that "sent to plant" is done about a week prior to beginning scheduled production.
Thanks for providing all that info. That give me a better idea of what is likely to happen. Of course, things seem to slip and slide a bit... but at least I have some inkling of the path forward.

For those of us still In Production after our modules have been populated, it would seem that the delay is likely the Spray-in Bed Liner. It has been a known constraint for a long time. According to information contained on this site, if your modules are reporting, your truck has been built. If this is true, it leads me to believe that the delay is bed liner connected because it is installed after the truck has completed production (but not officially Built).

But who knows for sure? 😂

I don’t have any modules pop up so my issue seems to be something chip related like they told me couple weeks ago. But that was supposedly resolved. I guess not. I just want answers.

The plant is closed from 12/24 to 1/3, so yes the holidays are a factor.
Haven’t seen the plant closed information before. It was reported that Ford Corporate offices would be closed until the New Year.

Yeah, don't think the plant is closed. I check every day and my modules just started reporting today. Still no window sticker so guessing i'm at stage one on the build, but this all caught me off guard that I had any activity.

My Maverick Lariat Hybrid w/Luxury Package was ordered on 7/6. The production date was scheduled 3 times with the week of 12/13 finally being the charm. The Ford Tracking system was updated to show an In Production date of 12/16 and an estimated delivery date of 1/24. On 12/17 my Modules were populated, which according to the information on this site, means the truck has been built. The tracking system has not updated as of today (12/23) to show that it has been built. I’m guessing that the spray-in bed liner might be the reason this hasn’t happened since that process has to happen after the truck has been built and before shipment. Anyone else noted a significant delay after your Modules have been populated between In Production and Built where a spray-in bed liner is part of the build?
