Radio won't tune or program more than one station.

Put a thousand miles on mine. Not one of these issues mentioned. The radio pop mentioned I have heard. While connecting with USB streaming Pandora. But this is a dead zone and phone struggles to work in this one location. In front of a school where I pick up my child.

Mine is doing the same on FM radio.

Just took delivery of my Mav XLT on the 11th... Radio having troubles moving off of presets and won't 'lock' into any other station if and when it does move....

That's a shame. AM/FM over-the-air radio has traditionally been reliable and also a safety tool in weather/traffic events. I've seen cell and streaming services overwhelmed during storm and snow events. Basic radio reception shouldn't be so reliant on buggy modern tech.

I have complained as much as anybody about this issue. Two days ago mine suddently started working normally. It has done that before, and lasted for up to an hour if I didn't change anything on the display, e.g. sync my phone or use Android Auto. This time it lasted for two days, even though I used Android Auto for GMaps and iRadio, and when I disconnected my phone, it continued to work. So I checked the software version in Settings to see if it had somehow updated. It hadn't. By yesterday evening it froze up again.

One thing I did figure out however, is if and when you do get it working, even if for only a few minutes, surf to the stations you like and select the preset buttons. You only get 10. But when the tuner freezes again, you will now be able to select those channels from the touch display.

I tried the first part of this yesterday and it worked: "Hold down the power and next seek button 10 seconds for hard reset, also try steering wheel controls." Even if I have to do it every time I drive, it will get me by until they implement a fix. Still haven't tried the steering controls, maybe that is an easier solution.

Have you synced your phone at all, or turned on Android Auto? It seems to me that has something to do with it. I've been trying to decouple my phone from the Maverick just to test it out. I keep getting notifications on my phone every time I drive that a device wants to connect to Bluetooth, my Bluetooth turns on automatically, and two days ago the radio received a phone call to my phone. I'm sure I can figure out how to stop this, but also sure that when I do, I'll lose capabilities. I love technology, but not when it's over complex and buggy. Still waiting for Ford to update the radio.

I'll chime in here a little. I've only had my truck for about 6 days but I have experienced the radio issue once.

While my sample size is not very large, I've found my truck has much less issues when I first start the vehicle without my phone connected to the front USB ports. I think the infotainment system is trying to do too much with the phone connected and booting at the same time.

At least that is my assumption. I make it a point to not be connected when first starting the vehicle.
