I'm fairly tall, over 6' and I spent about 20 minutes in my Maverick, Lariat Tremor all good

I’m not “fun-sized” at 6’2” - but my Lobo seats were too thermally hot & sweaty. I bought these inexpensive ($128) covers for the front seats. Much cooler thermally yay.For all you fun-sized people out there, I didn't realize how uncomfortable my Lariat seats were until I drove it almost 2 hours home from the dealership in traffic. I'm 5'1" and have bulging C4/C5 discs. Like most cars (and airplane seats), my shoulders sink into the curve and my head is pushed forward and down. My old Honda Element (2004) and Subaru Forester (2015) did not do this. Even my much beloved 2012 Honda Ridgeline wasn't too bad with a seat cushion.
At some point I'm going to remove the front seat and add some padding under the seat cover, but in the meantime, I ordered a gel mesh lumbar support from Temu for under $15 and installed it upside down to partially fill the shoulder blade gap. The Temu support is very stretchy (marketed as cooling gel lumbar), so it gives a bit vs. being too rigid. Also allows air flow. I'll replace the elastic with easy to release velcro so it doesn't create an issue with the airbags. Paired with a wedge cushion to help deal with the slanted seat (nerve pressure), it's a temporary improvement as I dial in exactly what I need to do to be more comfortable.
