Anyone else having trouble with the Fordpass app? I picked up my Maverick last week and none of the controls(lock/unlock/remote start) show up in the app.
I've called Fordpass support a few times and gone through all the steps, deleting the Maverick from the app, adding the Maverick, logging out, logging in, deleting the app, reinstalling the app, hard reset on the console, installing on a different phone(tried Android and iOS). All with no luck.
I have a case number and the issue has been escalated. I should be getting a call back this week after it's been fully investigated but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what the issue or fix was?
