Maverick Hood Ornaments - Anyone Install something Iconic

I am looking to possibly installing an old school hood ornament with a little technical advancement that maybe uses 3M Tape for the installation to avoid drilling any holes. Anyone exploring the same?

If you get a 2025 you got to turn those horns upside down. So they match the headlights.

I would be concerned that anything on the hood that looks good and is obvious, attached to the hood with 3M tape may disappear after the truck is parked and left unattended out in a parking lot.

At least with tape your hood won't be mangled when the icon is torn off.

Don't spend a lot. It may be short lived.

I think I remember it.
It was short lived.
You can see the mechanic in the white coveralls, scratching his head trying to figure out why they put a horse on a Maverick. It didn't make sense to him either.
Thank god it was only a one-year option. To try and boost sales.

Whatever you put on with tape better be aerodynamic. Wind resistance may be more than tape can hold, and you end up with a broken windshield. If the tape holds, the thin aluminum hood could very well bend. Just my 6 cents worth...

I remember the "Stallion" edition, If I remember it correctly, it was a package available on several Fords of the era...I can only find it on Mustang II though....thought I remembered seeing it on a Granada also....but alas...no pics popped up...

75 mph tape let’s go,
Horns hit the hood, creases it then destroys the windshield and bends the roof line just a bit.

Uh oh it’s a unibody.
Totaled.

I ain’t taping nothing to Pepper, she don’t like that kinda stuff.
