One year, 7500 miles. Could not be happier! Still wish it had knobs for heat controls but that's about it. 25mpg average.
I have gotten a couple emails about renewing my Ford APP navigation or Alexa as I use car play. I have never used either but will my regular features like remote locking stay with me?

Until they change their subscription model - what you got for free was basically driver usage of the already built-in ATT cell service the truck uses.
The truck built-in is what the Ford App uses thru Ford servers. App to server, server to truck.
Whether you use the App or not, the truck is talking to the servers (unless you pull fuse 11).

Navigation comes thru the driver side access - just like if you plug your phone in for Carplay and your phone is used for data connection.
If you haven't been using the temp free service anyway - the hoped for desire to entice you didn't work.

My connected services expired in January and the only thing I have found that doesn't work is navigation. I turned off Alexa the day I got it, so that was never used. I use Android Auto and Google maps and don't miss Ford navigation. Voice commands still work and occasionally come on for no reason. Texts can still be read. So, unless Ford moves more stuff behind a pay wall, I won't miss a thing. I can start and remote lock/unlock, find my truck, see tire pressure, fuel level, oil life and mileage. Save your money!

GM is getting rid of Apple Carplay and Android for a proprietary system (can you say "Pay me.") Look for Ford and Stellantis to follow. IMO It is no accident that the manufacturers ran the computer systems through the radio.
