My Hybrid Maverick is currently in the Mesquite Rail Yard near Dallas TX just sitting there.Mine's been in the Avon Indiana rail yard for three day's now. Hope the storms missed it but wish it would get moving.
Union Pacific reports: Dec 10th @8:03 AM "Empty" "Delivered to Industry"
So it is waiting for a vehicle transport to deliver it to the AutoNation Ford Frisco Dealership.
On Dec 10th @Cubican got his delivered to the 5 Star Ford Dallas Dealership. I was hoping that I was on the same transport but my dealer said it had not arrived yet.
So mine is also just waiting in the yard unprotected for 3 days as the railcar was emptied on the 9th at 12:57 PM.
Like most things it appears random in who gets picked up by a vehicle transport and delivered first and who waits.
I was really hoping to get it on the 10th or 11th so I could show it off to friends at a Christmas party I attended yesterday.

Mine is probably sitting in Benicia CA waiting for load # 61847148 to be completed and picked up by Intermountain Express (pure guess) and taken across the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range to be delivered in Reno . With storms starting next Monday night, I was hoping for it to be delivered before that happens! They said between the 21st and 27th, but I was hoping since it's only about 4 hours away (in good weather) that it might be sooner

Right there with you Steve - and I'm sure there are many others. Mine has been sitting at the UP rail yard since Dec 5 - so 8 days now - and the same question you have is when will auto transport - Sierra Mountain Express in my area - load it and get it to Classic Ford in Galveston. My delivery window from Ford is 15th-21st. I'm going to call my dealer on the 15th to check the status - even though I know that the dealer isn't involved with the auto transport companies. We need to let Ford know we don't want our Maverick's sitting in a railyard when we've special ordered them and should be driving them!

I googled the location of the rail yard. I'll be passing by that area on Thursday. If it doesn't start moving before then, we'll need to break it out! I have no idea, but they must keep the keys in with the truck or nearby........

I am now halfway through Kentucky. That will leave Knoxville with a few stops there, Chattanooga with a few, and Huntsville with a couple and then offloading in Bham!

WooHoo My Maverick is at the AutoNation Ford Frisco Dealership.I have a scheduled appointment at 5:45 PM today as I have to wait for my wife to be off from work.
Tomorrow in the daylight I will take and post pictures and give my first impressions.
In the meantime here is a map of my Maverick taking a Train Ride from Hermosillo Mexico where it departed on 11/30 @ 11:20 PM to Mesquite TX (Dallas Rail Yard) where it was unloaded on 12/9 @ 12:57 PM.
