I'm in the Pacific Northwest near Seattle. Currently, all our snow is falling down melted, punching through levees and making swimming holes everywhere.

I'm not a fan of winter, but at least if you wear appropriate clothing you can be comfortable outside. Is there any way to dress properly so you can be comfortable outside in 125 degree Arizona heat?
But it’s a dry heat!

Hottest place I went to was Globe Arizona, 119 degrees at noon in the shade. Dumping my water bottle on my head helped.

Hottest place I’ve ever been was Death Valley a few days after the record. I think it was only 130 degrees.

I don't mind the snow but I hate cleaning the driveway...
I hate cleaning the Snow off the Maverick and driving when the roads are bad like they were on Saturday and Sunday. But I have a Snow Blower so I don't mind cleaning the driveway. Although the engine vibrates so much i lost 3 of the 4 bolts holding the cover over the carburetor cover on and had to buy new bolts at Lowes. The bolts on the Muffler also came loose and I had to tighten those up the 1 bolt was sticking out like a 1/2" it was so loose.

I would rather have snow then freezing rain and ice. Like was posted, you could make it easier by using the garage. Another option to make it easier when out and about is a hard tonneau cover, no more shoveling snow out of the bed. It also allows using the bed during winter months, maybe a shovel and some cat litter for emergency use.

Anyway snow is definitely more work and slowing down increases travel time, still it beats ice, hands down. It comes with the territory especially if you enjoy 4 seasons. Drive carefully and safely and watch out for the other guy, I'm sure he is not looking out for you.

PS Merry Christmas, and enjoy the season.
True I would rather have Snow than freezing rain and Ice. I don't mind shoveling snow out of the bed since the bed is pretty small. And I throw bags of Linen [table clothes and napkins] for work in the bed so a tonneau would be more of a pain when I throw the linen bags in the bed.See post 39 about the garage.
