Service notices - are these scams?

I've had my 2024 Lariat Hybrid now 8 months and I'm at 2300 mi. YES I'm late at getting my first service (but I now have an appointment next week). But I've been getting these FINAL NOTICES and wondering if they are scams. Thoughts???

Absolutely, positively 100% scams. Do not call; throw straight in the trash or recycle bin. They are not affiliated with Ford or your local Ford dealer, and want to trick you into paying for a warranty you already have.

Depending on the state, the fact you have a Ford registered might be publicly available.

When in doubt, log into Ford's website. They list your recalls there.

Are you not mentioning the side effects of your meds to your physician? I think if you were, they'd probably suggest a lower dose.

I may be a “libitard” and proud of it, but no suckertard - I did not reach out to the scammers, I instead checked with my awesome MTG buds. Thanks all.
PS my liberal hybrid has gotten 41.5 mpg over 2300 mi combined city, freeway & LA to Serria RT. . I LOVe not having to buy as much gas any more!!

Not sure how that's late getting your 1st service - unless you mean the list of 6 month checks to be done per the manual.

Not sure how they got your info so well that you had a new vehicle.
If your state doesn't say that is public record - either the dealership had a hack, or the state did - and records were obtained - but not enough, or they would have used the VIN if they could have to add legitimacy to it.

Oh - appears it's for the good old warranty service, not maintenance service. Though they seem to do a good job avoiding the word warranty.

At least they got your truck info right - most of those scams they have nothing right.
After wasting 1 guys time leading him along on a received phone call - haven't gotten letters or calls.

I watch for anything particularly misleading--such as one on the initial sale that stated on it's envelope that my warranty on a three month old vehicle was expiring.

Those I forward to the postal inspector (although I've never heard back).
