2022 XL best wireless carplay adapter

So I have a 22 xl and I have tried 2 fast connects USB wireless carplay dongles and they will almost always freeze. what are some brands that you all have in your trucks ? I dont really wanna spend the 500$ for a sync 4 retro fit either lol

Do you ever have any issues like mine

1) get in the truck and start it
2)regular sync light will pop up then switch and connect to the phone
3)turn the truck off and leave it for a bit (think of a 30 min shopping trip)
4) Turn the truck on and sync lite pops up and never connects unless I unplug the dongle and re-plug it in

Maybe once every month or two I have to momentarily unplug it and plug it back in, but seems like that's an issue with most of the adaptors, other ones I have owned I had to re-plug it back in much more often. What I like about the one I posted a link to is that it is so compact, not a large box like all the others.

I have this one from Amazon and it has been great and will do CarPlay and Android both. Quick and simple.
