Maverick records 3rd quarter record with 34,848 sales

I live close to one of the largest Ford dealers in the U.S. About 3 times a week I visit their website and
look at the Tremors - both 2024 and 2025. Week after week I see the same Tremors for sale.
Seems like the inventory isn't getting lower.
I can't comment on the rest of the Mavericks since I don't look at those.

Why are you stalking unsold '24 and '25 Tremors?

Am I reading this right ? Hybrid mavericks are roughly 50% of sales . I’d think it was much higher .

Despite price creep people still buy it. Bet XLT accounts for 70% if not more .

All of these quarterly sales records and yet, Ford lots are sitting on inventory as if nothing's selling. Rarely do I ever see people out on the lots looking at cars. Most of the inventory is months old or, in some cases, old enough to have a birthday. Dealerships are ghost towns because of tariff pricing, high interest rates, inflation, corporate price gouging and a terrible economy. That's why I find any of this hard to believe. I know the numbers don't lie but I maybe a bit blindsided.

I don't know maybe it is not in some areas it is like that.. My lot only has a white and tan maverick that has been on the lot for over 30 days or so.. Most came in the week I was working with them to get green lol.. But they sold more cars this month than a few months compined at the begaining of summer.. Plus I do feel like the economy is starting to heal slowly but it is getting a bit better.. My lot which is a small one sold 35 mavericks this month. I was number 29ish lol.. They were waiting for the Mavericks to come it beucase everyone wants the color they want lol.. They found mine at another dealer 100 miles away that is why I had 135 miles on it when I picked it up.. I am OK with that tho I got the color I wanted and they even gave me a free ceramic coating detail for free.. I think the giving crazy low interest rates help a crap ton.. If only I could afford a F150 and have a place to park it lol..

I almost got a 24 with 18k on it for about 2 more than my new one lol.. But I wanted new don't drive much and I want all that warranty lol..

+1 to this. There's one 25 maverick that has been on a dealer's lot here for just about a year. They will not budget a penny on price.

25s were delivered in December. Doubtful that one has been there since December.

Last week I spent 4 days as the passenger princess in my friends '24 Lariat Hybrid, in normal driving I noticed no real difference from my EB, yet that 44mpg on the dash display kept mocking me,,,,

If my Tremor got totaled, I'd have a hard time NOT buying a AWD 4K Hybrid.
