I decided to install these to hopefully protect the bottom of truck better. I hosed out before I did the install and could not believe the amount of dirt and rocks that was washed out. Glad I did the install.

Is there a pic or something missing here? Most Mavericks already have aero diverters that look like stubby mud flaps in front of all 4 wheels, so not entirely sure what you’re referring to.

Yes, it has the factory one, but if you look there is a gap that let's dirt and rocks in above it. This aftermarket part covers the gap. Mud flap is not a good name for it but that is what it's called.

We’ve ramped up production— the second batch will be available very soon, and a larger third batch is already en route to Amazon, expected to go on sale in early September.
Pre-orders aren’t available at the moment, but the new stock should arrive in the next few days. I’ll make a post to update everyone once it’s available!

I almost never drive off the tarmac so not needed but they do look like a nice item for you guys who spend time on gravel roads, mud or off roading.

I installed these rear splash guards yesterday. I bought them a few months ago and finally got around to installing. I had been second guessing my purchase since I only drive on paved roads.
I‘ve seen prior post with reports of mud and debris in that area but figured they were all doing at least some off-road/trails in their travels. I was shocked when I checked my driver side and found caked dirt/sand and gravel with some small rocks. The passenger side was minimal.
I guess I occasionally travel some gravel/sand driveways or lots for short distance but didn’t think it would have resulted in what I found. The install was easy on these guards and I would recommend for those planning on long term ownership.

I noticed dirt and crud in mine today. Do you mind if I ask how you washed it out? I'm assuming you had to remove the rear tires.

I just used hose to wash and also dug out the crud with fingers, mini screw driver or anything else that I could scape it out with.

Exactly how I did it. Not much else you can do. What an odd design.

Besides the cavity behind the driver's side tire and the wheel well opening in front of the rear tires, are there any other trouble spots I should be aware of?
