I ordered from x4s Real Trucks the middle of October. I ordered via chat and a good price. He told me when I was asking about it that I would have it by the end of the month. I discussed it more then ask this is the BAK X4S I'll have it by the end of the month. He replied yes by the end of the month. I keep watching their website and the date keeps running away from me. In some jurisdictions it is not OK misrepresent the facts in order to sell something. I am not happy.

Jeweler says that will be $15. Customer says, I just passed a jewelry store down street with a sigh in their window that said "watch batteries $10," but they were closed. I just requested a cancellation for my X4s from RealTruck. They offer real good prices on merchandise they don't have. I just got a notice my delivery revised to Jan. 10th - 14th. They have had my money since 10/16. Originally I was told I would have it by the end of October. I'm not thinking good thoughts about Realtruck. They are quick to take your money but slow to tell the truth.

When I ordered the X4 for my F-150 4 years ago from a different dealer, it drop shipped directly from Bak. This is probably the case with Real Truck as well. Real Truck was probably just relaying the information the were receiving from the manufacturer. The Bak webpage for the X4s still lists it as "coming soon" for the Maverick. I knew this when I ordered mine from Real Truck and expected it would take a while to get. Hopefully if more people cancel their order, I will get mine sooner.

I got tired of screwing around with both bakflip and real truck trying to get an mx4. Cancelled my ordered and ordered the Ford hard roll up and got it in a week. I’ll be honest, I’m glad I went this route. The cover seems way better.

I ordered a Gator FX3 on 11/09, on real truck was told estimated delivery 11/19. This is the 2nd delay email.

Ladies and gentlemen, the sentry ct is calling! Honestly it is a great fit and look, and I've had mine for a month and 3000 miles. So far it has easily lived up to expectations.

I am tempted to make the switch since Bakflip.com has been a pain to deal with.

I ordered from Backflip and it was shipped from Realtruck. If you noticed most all these sites share a similar web site. I can take my order info and go to the Realtruck site and it will pull up my order.

this is the route I’m probably going now. A little concerned with how the matte fabric will fade over time. I watched a video of a guy who had his for a few years and it started to fade quite a bit. Not sure if the x4s matte vinyl top would do the same or not. Also I liked that the x4s allows you to open and close the tailgate without unlatching and lifting the cover.

I have x4s ordered and it keeps getting pushed back. A couple weeks ago go deliver estimate for early December. Yesterday got another email with new estimate for middle of January.
