The racks look nice, I would probably only put them on when I need them, are they designed to be simple and quick to take on and off the vehicle?

One last question. If a board or ladder was on the roof racks, would it pass over the attenae you have? What attenae do you have?

Got the rack installed this morning. It all installed fine . All bolts must be loose to get everything to fit well. Instructions could be better. The video in the link on the contents page would not open. Important thing is getting the measurements equal side to side and front to back. No measurements supplied. Looks just like the photo at the beginning of this thread. Feels secure and strong. A slight noise at 65mph with nothing attached to the bars. Not as bad as I thought it might be. I am pleased so far.

Yes. We have replaced the OEM antenna, which is longer.

No chaffing yet. I used a bit thicker rubber pad in place of the rather thin gaskets that they provided.
I’ve had mine off a couple of times as I was adjusting from side to side and there is no sign of chaffing problems.
I’m actually very pleased with the way the bars fit.
I did wrap my front bar with black paracord to check the wind noise and it worked very well.
Again, I am well pleased with the purchase.

All I received was a piece of paper that lists the parts included along with a link to a video that refused to open. The pieces were rather easy to put together with some common sense and a tape measure. I used the video in this thread to help. I am pleased and find the rack a great value.

What if 2 sets were installed in the roof? Would the weight capacity double? Could i then instal a RTT? The lightest tent from C6 is less than 80lbs. Plus 2 people of 180lbs, is perfect for the 440lvs if this is even a possibility. Maybe it depends on the actual weight the roof can handle???

The issue is the antenna may be in the way, unless you could lift the RTT. If someone could post a picture of a piece of plywood or a surfboard or snowboard on the rack and see if it clears the antenna, that would be helpful.
