My Maverick has been "in production" since 10/22. On the tracking page, I have an ETA delivery of 12/3. Today, I contacted my dealer and they gave me an update. My Maverick is completely built, but waiting for the spray-in bed liner. He said I'm looking at a late Dec. early Jan. delivery. Those of you waiting, if you have a Lux package, this is probably why you're waiting...

I'm not saying this is accurate. But some dealers are smart. They know the spray in liner is an issue. So if they tell you thats the reason and you look on line one will find that to be a possibility. Although could be entirely other reason, but you are happy because it appears they know what they are talking about.

Mine was built same timeframe (blend 10/21 built 10/29) and has the LUX package. It has been shipped and shows "In Transit" since 11/11 with an expected arrival of 11/19-11/25 according to the "Your Vehicle Is On Its Way" email. Hopefully not with a drop-in liner!!

I have an XL with spray-in that's been in production since 10/26 and my delivery date in the tracker is "TBD." However, the Maverick Tracking Tool on this site says ETA is 12/2. Calling BS on that. I'll be lucky if I get it by 1/1.

Xlt lux package with the spray in. Went into production the 12th, built the 17th and on its way north now. Weird to me that it's a hold up for some but not others?

I was supposed to have an ETA of today (11/22) on Friday it changed to 12/21, spoke with my sales manager, the truck is in a rail yard in Toronto, but Ford has put a stop ship on them. I have the lux package as well so don't know if it's a spray in liner issue or something else. Ford wouldn't even tell the dealership why their is a stop ship.

Lariat 2.0 eco boost lux package, moonroof.
ordered 06/12, built 10/19, shipped 10/20

I firmly believe someone at Ford wakes up in the morning and just throws darts at the board to pick which orders get fulfilled and which don't... There just seems to be no rhyme or reason to a lot of what is done. My biggest issue with all of this is the lack of communication.

Is the spray in delay just for the lux or for all spray in?

What's even weirder is that my truck is very similar to yours, except FE and was confirmed 8/16, scheduled on 9/23 for w/o 11/15 then moved to 11/22, went into blend on 11/13, started build (dated "in production") on 11/22 and est delivery of 12/27. Nothing seems to make any sense.

The crazy thing is, the day after I contact my dealer, I get my "built" email from Ford. Scheduled delivery is between 12/24 and 12/30. I just wish he communication was better through this whole process. Looks like I will have a Happy Christmas though!

What I'm curious is when did you all put your reservation in. Mine was put in on the 4th of July. With the lux package no word from Ford. I would think they would work on the oldest orders first.

I put my reservation in on 8/9... Met with my dealer 8/10 and put down $500 for my order. My order was confirmed before I walked out of the dealership. Received my scheduled to build email on 8/12, with a build date of 10/11. On 10/4, my build date was pushed back to 10/18. However, my blend date was 10/13, and then my in production date was 10/22. Built date was 11/22, with eta of 12/24-12/30. That's my timeline, but others vary quite a bit. From all the time I've been on here, there doesn't seem to be any real rhyme or reason to how Ford is building them. Just the luck of the draw.
