My truck's been showing "in production" for 10 days now, is this typical?
It's a 2025 Lariat hybrid

Oh that's great, thank you!Yes. Changes to “In production” 1-2 weeks before it is actually built. Just means it got sent to the plant. Then the plant arranges all the pieces needed. Takes 1-2 days to go down the assembly line. Then 1-2 days (some times more if there is a back log) for bed liner. Then it gets a final quality check, before it changes to ‘Built’.
I pf you want to know if it went down the line, go to this site and enter you VIN. If a ton of numbers show up, then it is alive.

Oh yeah? Well mine was in production for 12 days, so it's gonna be WAY BETTER than yours!Mine was "in production" for 3 days.

How were things in 2925? Do we have flying Mavericks yet? LOL, Sorry I had to do it...I ordered my Maverick XLT Hybrid AWD with luxury and tow package on April 25, 2925. My 45-day period is June 9, 2025. Now the sales rep has changed the priority from 19 to 04. When can I expect my Maverick truck to be built? From all the replies, it appears to be 90 days to start building it.

Since the beginning of the year, yes, the average appears to be 90 days from order to build. Some get built as soon as 30 days and a few over 150. Mine was at 87 days. Suggest asking your dealer for the VIN and track it with via this link:I ordered my Maverick XLT Hybrid AWD with luxury and tow package on April 25, 2925. My 45-day period is June 9, 2025. Exactly, you have to move to scheduled to get the VIN. That is what your dealer is trying to make happen by moving the priority number down like that(lower the number the higher the priority). The constraint is everyone wants the AWD and they are constrained. Certain build features will delay you. Like right now they can't seem to get engine block heaters for some reason and a few other things. By removing some features and having them added at the dealer you can get a a order scheduled faster. That is where the info from Tim over at Long McArthur is pretty helpful on Youtube.I was told by the sales manager they haven.t the VIN yet.
Tim Bartz is out next week so there won't be his weekly update. He is dropping pre-recorded stuff into the queue for while he is gone. But If you watch his channel you kind of know what Ford is doing and what they are looking for each week. You may be able to adjust the order to avoid some of the hold up items. Thanks for the video. It was very informative. Looks like I am going to wait a long time for my Maverick to be built.
