Good deal? Ordering 25' LARIAT

I'm ordering 25' LARIAT in Space White Metallic, 4k tow package, and keypad entry. MSRP is $39855. I'm buying through Costco Auto Program partnered dealer that told me I would get extra $500 off from the A/Z Plan pricing ($37848.15 - $500 = $37348.15) before taxes and dmv/dealer fees. Out of door cost is estimated to $40683.50. I wonder if this is a decent/good deal or not.

About 2k cheaper than my 2025 Lariat which I got before some of the newer promotions. I don't think you are going to do much better, honestly.

I also tried to get the quote with Granger Ford to see if they have better price than the Costco Auto Program partnered dealer nearby me. But it seems to be little more expensive than what the Costco Auto Program partnered dealer offering, so I go with them.
