Anybody order off Bakflip.com

Have you called them? Mine is 2 months are you planning on cancelling. Another user here was gonna order 20/30 of them for a fleet on ordered mavericks. I think he’s goin different route. I think I may have talk to everyone on Bakflip site and I couldn’t get a definite answer. This is one way to lose business.

Everytime I talked to someone at Bakflip, they would give me a tentative date, the date would pass, and then they would give me another tentative date. Which is part of the reason I was willing to cancel and go elsewhere.

When I spoke with RealTruck, they told me the X4s could take up to 2-3 months before I can get a BAK x4s for the Maverick from their site.

So I cancelled, ordered the Sentry CT. I asked for a Black Friday day sale, and they initially told me 900, but I mentioned I saw a price for 800 on the forum, and they gave me 800 + tax + free shipping.

According to the rep I spoke with, it will ship in 2-3 weeks. And then 2-3 business days to arrive once it ships.

I think they realize more and more people are complaining. I think they had it all along and just didnt process it. maybe they are processing larger orders. Mine is 2 months 2 days. When exactly did you orders yours?

Mine was placed 2021-10-01 .

I wonder if it will actually ship in that time or if they are just trying to make me keep my order.

They wrote me this when I cancelled:
"If the item has already shipped, we will advise you - in that case, if you still want to return the item, you may request a return at that time."

I got the same thing in email, RealTruck chat says " That is automated email that our system sends out when the order has past the original shipping date. I cant guarantee those shipping dates. " and " The other item is still in production, the vendor is waiting on parts.".

He also said the Sentry CT will ship after 15 business day (I hope not). For now I am keeping both X4s and Sentry CT order open, and I will cancel the other one once one of them ships. Hopefully they don't get ship at the same time.

Did a chat with the folks at RealTruck, they gave me 800 + tax and free shipping. Cancelled my X4s order.

I hope i get one of those email soon. I will give mine a total of 2 and half months and im done. They have one more week

lol. I have a feeling they're playing us. Can't be coincidence. I have a feeling it won't show in that time.

I am worried if it does ship to my house, they'll ask me to pay for the return to their warehouse..

Are these issues ordering from Bak just for the x4s roll up or is anyone having that issue with the mx4 trifold as well?
