I recently noticed a change in my display when connecting to Sirius Radio using my Android phone. The scroll is missing on the left side of the screen. I used to be able to scroll down with my finger but now it's blank. I tried a master reset but it didn't seem to help. I have a 2023 XLT FX4 Maverick. Any advice?

I have attached a photo and drew a bar vertically with an arrow pointing to show what it would look like.

Maybe an update to Android Auto changed something? Have you checked to see if there is an update available?

Stephen, I checked mine. I still have a scroll bar, but it's on the right. The issue I've had for a while is the page scrolls back to the top, on it's own, every time I scroll to view a channel lower on the screen.

I've settled for asking for the channel via voice command.

My Android Auto version is 13.8150744. Sirius XM version 7.12.2

I've Sirius XM on my radio too, but do like the app for the extra channels not available via satellite.

I actually uninstalled Android Auto and reinstalled with no change.

Mine just started doing this as well, so I've been having to pick up the phone to get to my favorites. Not the safest option. I will be following this thread.

Jeff,
I have the same version you do for the Sirius but my android auto version is 13.5.650284 updated 2/10/25. This may be due to the type phone I have which is a Samsung S23FE.
Mine also scrolls back up as soon I scroll down too.

Do you use a voice command to your phone or the voice command button on your steering wheel?
I am not very tech savvy and only can use Sirius streaming on my phone since it wasn't available on my '24 XLT Hybrid. Dealing with the infotainment system has been very frustrating sometimes.

I press the voice command button on the steering wheel, but it does go thru Android Auto to the phone's assistant.

I say "Play Sirius XM 70's on 7" and it takes care of it. Here's a video I made for another concern, but it shows how it works for the Sirius XM phone app.

Thanks. I will try that. All in how you say it. I had been using the wrong verbiage with my requests.

It looks like the USB is not responding when connecting but I see it is connected on my phone. For the record, it connects to other vehicles.

I found a work around for the scrolling issue on another site. I tested it and it works. (y)

If you stop playback before switching to the "favorites" "Library" or "Recents" page, you can scroll without it jumping back to the top all by itself.

It's still not right, but it is a way to be able to view all your options until Sirius or AA gets an update to fix it.
