Anyone else having fun testing the capabilities of the FX4 - Tremor - Etc ? I am pretty damn impressed after this weekends stress test - Lifted but otherwise stock FX4 - Handled 15 percent grades with loose shale, Utah red sand/dirt - rock ledges all without really even spinning a tire. A front off-road camera would have come in handy on some of these hill peaks - a little nerve-racking just seeing the hood and outer space -) Fun Times. What a rig !

I was really impressed with how my FX4 did this year in the snow. Now, mind you It was wearing Michelin IceX SUV in stock size.
I ordered a new set of BFGoodrich Trail Terrain in 245/65/17. Looking forward to hitting some dirt trails/fire roads this year here in the PNW.

Lots of fun roads in the PNW - Mostly pretty tame just bring a sawsall for downed timber -)

Nice pics.
I love going off road in my FX4. Is a lot more fun than my F150 because i can run the SXS trails. I have a 1.5" ReadyLift and 245/70/17 Toyos

Nice pics.
I love going off road in my FX4. Is a lot more fun than my F150 because i can run the SXS trails. I have a 1.5" ReadyLift and 245/70/17 Toyos
Plus like my Element before the Maverick the narrow width is a huge benefit on tight trails/roads -

But, but... NO FRAME! We all know it can't be a good truck unless it's an inferior body on frame vehicle that handles and rides like a bicycle on square rims.

I know, just like everyone else, I'm laughing at these idiots who say the maverick isn't a real truck. It's hilarious to see diehard fullsize truck buyers struggling to find anything bad about the maverick and struggling to do so.
