Production a little down for April. Probably due to the holiday week since Bronco Sport was down also.

  • Maverick April Sales: 6,583 Sales (YTD): 28,061 vehicles.
    • April sales represent a 16.7% increase from March.
  • Maverick April Production: 7,263 vehicles. Production (YTD): 32,749 vehicles.
    • April production represents a 24.7% decrease from March.

Based on today's numbers. Dip in April was expected with plant closed for a week:

Important caveats: Dealer allocation is king and this chart is straight math. On paper, EBs could be done if allocations were not a thing. Also we have not had any confirmed leftover orders numbers since before scheduling March and we are due to schedule July next week.

@fordvideoguy mentioned in his recent stream that his sources say that third shift in Hermasillo is finally online, so hopefully we will see much larger production numbers for May going forward.

could be another plant shutdown end of June/beginning July...my brother works for Ford and his plant in Louisville is shut down then

Plants shut down at different times based on local situations. Maverick plant isn't due to be shut down again before end of model year.

Dealers will start getting stock EBs. In the short term, I don't think there will be a problem moving them. I know my dealer's "too late" list is about as long as the list of people who actually got an order in.
