**No Maverick scheduling this week due to Thanksgiving**

There are currently 38,242 total retail unscheduled orders as of 11/20/23.

Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

See the previous commodity report.

Keep in mind that capacity % is calculated for the year while retail USOB % is current. Since we haven't hit max capacity for the year yet there should be enough parts for XL and Hybrid, although they may be built later in the scheduling depending on availability.

I wonder why the splashguards are listed as front and rear? Aren't they grouped in a set of 4 (front and back) when ordering? They were when I spec'd my truck. Perhaps other trim levels have them separate?

The 24 I ordered was still scheduled for 11/27 but it now shows in production. I love my little XL, but a part of me is extremely curious is i could pull off trading it in and somehow getting a discount on the 24. wishful thinking LOL

Okay, so I have a 2023 Hybrid XL spray in bed liner, and tow hitch. I also have 2024 ordered the same way. Am I getting one of these? This is just wearing me out!

OOOK so I think I'm slowly getting this. Of the 38,242 unscheduled orders, 76% of those (29,064) are Hybrids that haven't been scheduled, or am I interpreting the chart wrong?

I've also noticed the US Capacity % column is VERY slow to change. Is that good or bad from a production standpoint for the customer?

I think 2023 production was done 3-4 weeks ago. Only 2024s being produced now. Check online or with your dealer on that.

That's correct.

US Capacity is forecasted at the beginning of the production run and doesn't change much. Things like the Hybrids depend on their suppliers giving them batteries and if their supplier says they can only produce X number of batteries next year, they can't move that % above that. If their supplier can suddenly source more materials for the batteries and can build more, then the % Ford can supply will change.

Whether that's good or bad really only comes in when there's a big order bank and constrained items cause delays to roll over to next model year. As of now, they have ~30k unscheduled Hybrids but they predict they can build 55% of an entire 100k+ model year run (55k), so they should be able to build every Hybrid they currently have on the order books eventually.

I did call Ford, they told me everything looks good, and nust waiting for a Vin. He also informed me that I have 3 cash offers, essentially rebates. He gave me the codes, and amounts.

My 24 Maverick XLT FX4 w/4k tow has been “in production” with a date of 10/26 for almost a month now.

I see this list show tow hitch and paint protection. Is this a possible hold up in my build?
I’m new to reading these as this is the first time I was actually able to get an order in before the window closed 😅

thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about hitch (I think that's done on the assembly line), but there have been some others on here from your week reporting delays at the external shop where PPF, spray in bed liner, mud flaps, etc. are installed. If you call Ford chat with your info, they can give you some more insight as to where in that process it is.

Mine was very close to the same time and I had the spray in bed liner, mud flaps, poly on the fenders, 4k tow, etc. and mine did finally get built and shipped. It was a couple weeks though between the modules going live and being completely finished.
