Hello. Recently turned 60. Spent 20 years in the US Army (17-37) and retired. Got into retail, then higher education, back to retail, back to higher ed.... and now I'm working part-time (pre-2nd retirement) at a big box hardware store. I enjoy keeping up on the tools and hardware (the departments I work in now) as they come out. Love "teaching" customers and learning from them.

In my off time, I like to go to the range (.22, 5.56mm, & .45 are my calibers), building scale models, and (too much time) on the wife's honey-do lists.

I picked up my 2023 Maverick Hybrid Lariat on a cold, windy, snowy January 15th of this year. First pick up for me and I love it. I'm a big guy and the Mav gives me a lot of room.

I found this site during my search for bed rails (to which I found really good information) and decided that this will probably be the place to find other information about my vehicle as time goes along.

66, retired from the Mouse's playground in Anaheim, CA. Real Estate Appraiser now (have been for 25 years while being a Mouse slave). And the Maverick is perfect for me (and the wife's) needs. Got tired of getting the inside of our vehicles stinky, dirty and scratched up. Didn't need a BIG, 65k truck. And at this stage of my life, I like "stepping out" of a vehicle instead of "climbing out".

Turned 65 today. Retired union IronWorker with 34 years of hangin iron. Mostly high rises and low rises, Hospitals and Schools. Come from a family with 5 of us working Iron. Married 42 years with 2 grown kids. Lovin retired life!

Thanks brother for your service. 68 years here, U.S. Army 20 years, retired 1993. Went right to work on major railroad, Locomotive engineer in Colorado. Also ran part time computer repair/software business out of my home for about 20 years and still do that for neighbors/relatives and such, more a hobby now. Got our 23 XLT, Hybrid, Lux, Co-pilot360, in Boise in October. Got it for MSRP and exactly what we wanted right off the lot. Got several posts of mods (and I got a bunch of em) on this site. Most of them I copied from others. Good people here. Stationed at Ft Carson there 1973-1977. Still visit occasionally as we pass through. Springs is still pretty nice. Could not get me near Denver even though Wife and I grew up in Arvada. Kind of crazy there these days.

55 and retired from sales in the Power Sports industry. Former bank auditor. Currently trade equities online to pay the bills since my back has left me somewhat disabled and unable to work a 9 to 5 anymore. I love it, but the market can cause significant stress and possibly hair loss.
