As much as I like these, I couldn't drill into that panel. I keep my sockets on me and a spare in the MOAB pack on the passenger seat.

I like the molle concept in general. I can see the utility of this but I wouldn't use it in my truck.

I'd want my 9mm "socket wrench" to be out of reach and sight of anyone else in the vehicle. I don't usually carry a socket wrench while commuting.

My biggest concern would be how a cop might react in the moment to walking up to my window and seeing a socket wrench displayed right there.

That's just my personal opinion as a lifelong socket wrench enthusiast.
