Yakima and Retrax - Combo

Has anybody had any luck with installing the Yakima Overhaul HD bed rack with the Retrax cover?

I agreed to this at the dealership when I purchased my Maverick, but they have installed an Elevate rack instead, citing they couldn't find a Yakima compatible setup with the Retrax. I'm upset they did this without consulting me, as well.

I like the Yakima sportier look of their bed rack. The Elevate one makes it look more like a work truck.

Anything helps right now as I am at a loss on how to agree to move forward with them.

I wanted the Yakima bed racks too but it wouldn't work with my hard cover roll up tonneau. I think I read on here someone installed the Yakima bed racks but he had to do some modifications to the base.

I purchased the Elevate racks, Elevate TS Rails and the Ford hard rollup tonneau cover. You will need the Elevate TS Rails for the hard rollup tonneau cover.

I decided to get the Ford hard rollup tonneau over the TruXedo Sentry hard rollup since I was able to get 20% off the Ford hard rollup.
