Probably be a bunch of Ford shares getting dumped later this summer.

I purchased 100 shares of Ford stock on 9-1-2018. I've used the X plan on my son's 21' Escape and requested another PIN last November WITHOUT a response. Since I don't know if two PIN per year are the limit or PIN are issued a minimum of six months apart a call to the Customer Support line is due.

The article is all over the place with regards to timelines of June 1st, a few days and December 31st.

Update: Got off the phone with Kimberly at Customer Support. Shareholders are granted one PIN every 12 months. My last request was August of 2021. My next opportunity would have been this August.

I did not receive a letter and shareholder X plan PIN's were discontinued on June 1st. As a military retiree I have PGM #38320 for $500 to utilize. I would like to source upcoming events to attend and qualify for the $750 Special Event Private Offer. Did anyone attend the Carlisle Ford Nationals care show and get a voucher from June 3rd? The next big event I could find is September in Detroit.

I received a $3000 private offer some time ago towards the purchase of an F-150, but it expired in April. I have to question Ford's sudden impact and casual disregard towards share holders. the communication and disappointment are obvious.

For old time's sake here were my trim options with a X plan PIN:

They do not know how to treat customers and have a long history of messing up stuff that should be simple to execute. Why treat those with real invested interest or those giving you money the cold shoulder? What is going on. Unions are the only problem at Ford.

I have 40 shares of Ford and was going to buy another 60 to have the X-plan going forward, but won't bother now.

Union are not "the only problem" at Ford. A vast number of people have an outside opinion of what organized labor represents and does for work environments around the world. I retired from a job (twenty years were enough and I do something similar for another company) that was more then 90% organized and know what I'm talking about.

Back on topic, some shareholders were notified through their brokerage. I did not check my Vanguard emails in time for it to matter. Since company like Lowes and Walmart are two of more than 3000 Ford partners I should pick up part time employment as a cart pusher or door greeter and have better purchasing power than a four year stockholder.

As a Ford retiree my Plan is guaranteed until Sept. 14 midnight, when the current contract expires.
