I see you posted last year wanting to replace your front driver and passenger headrest's with no results in a year.
I checked eBay they have them there. Being a Lariat is going to have the pleather brown/tan.
They should be adjustable up and down and backwards and forwards.

You can also look for headrests from a 2013-2016 Ford Fusion SE. Those are the ones I bought from a member on here last year and the work great!

went to junkyard for S10 XTREME parts and found a perfect set of BLACK Ford Fusion ADJUSTABLE HEADRESTS FOR $25-They look great with my BLACK MABETT seatcovers! And the "all the way back" feeling is perfect.thanks again for the tip!
