It looks great and I would have never guessed it was wrapped! I see a lot of cars with advertising wraps but yours is the first I've seen as a color replacement. My question is the wrap more or less durable than paint? Not that the Maverick's paint is the greatest, but wondering how it might do in the long run.

I feel like $3900 for a wrap like this.... I got a deal because I have taken 3 or 4 vehicles to him and got a great deal
That sounds like a good deal, same price as a bad paint job from Midas..

If it were like, $3000 less cost, I'd wrap mine in a new color because I'd know I wouldn't be stuck with it. Neat concept.

And it saves the original paint

Nice job, good color. Park next to an Avalanche Grey truck and watch the reaction.
Actually, I did already do that, almost the same color for sure...

Should last 3-5 years, if not left outside 100% of the time

Ya, that's the answer I got, a few years ago.
A friend's friend, had just covered his Mustang.
It looks great and you won't know it by looking at it.. (y)

Oh wow, 3-5 years for that price? I like it a lot too but holy crap. Whole lotta nope from me. I'd rather just pay for a new paint job in 10 years. I always wondered how long they are supposed to last for, so thanks for sharing!

Well your paying about $800-$900 for the material and the rest for labor. some wraps last longer, but your paying at least double or more for a quality paint job.

Got it. Definitely not an easy job (imo). I suck at putting small decals with the same process on lol.

I do a lot of DIY, including engine rebuild, transmission work, brakes, etc. Bought some decent rap for around $450, and thought I'd give wrapping my daughter's car a try.

Epic fail, extremely frustrating. Lots of creasing and bubbling, and this is on probably what should have been the easiest panel to do. First Pic. The majority of the cost is definitely in the labor.

Got four or five quotes for $2,500 to $3,500 and kind of stalled out cuz I wasn't paying that. Then happend to get lucky and found an installer that did the labor for $600, so total of $1,050. Came out great and hopefully it lasts 3 to 5 years, as it's expected to.
