Looks good! Always like to see a work truck.

A couple of questions. How do you like that ladder rack? Does it create much wind noise? Assuming it's steel, any issues with rust? I'm exploring options for my own 2024 LX Hybrid.

What rack is that and how did you go about mounting it ( clamp or drill) been looking for one that works with the tonneau cover with T-slots but they're just so damn expensive to do both together

I do not remember who provided the rank. It is a bolt on so no drilling needed. It does leave slight impression on the bed edge. I searched ladder racks and found it. It is adjustable and can fit different trucks.

I like this ladder rack. It is steel and adjustable to fit other trucks. It is clamp on so no drilling required. I don't remember who I got it from but got it to move my canoe as needed. Recently I even moved some 16' lumber using it. Easy on and easy off in under 30 minutes from the time I start taking off my tonneau cover to fully installed with racks. I don't notice any wind noise but then I'm deaf in my left ear. The only rust I see is with the bolts that help determine the width of the rack. Coverup paint will work well for this. No rust on steel parts but this is Alabama.

I'm way under the weight limit.
Web says RR ties are 200# each.

But I felt I was at the squat limit.
In fact, hill hold automatic brakes were going on while on level roads.
I suspect the squat factor is all about weight distribution, not really about being overweight.
