Won’t crank in reverse in blinking lights in R

I have is problem today, then. I turned the knob to p, then it will crank. Then anybody else have it problem

P.S.

Hybrids cannot start in N, only P.

Unless you are already coasting downhill for example at speeds greater than 6 mph, then it can start in N. But not from standing still.
