It would be worth it if you have no comprehensive coverage, or let's say $500 or more deductible on comprehensive insurance coverage.

For me just my opinion, I would personally skip it at 350.00 as I have zero deductible on comprehensive. I can see it degrading and needing to be reinstalled after a few years especially if your vehicle's parked outside.
Site says up to six months of coverage lol. For $350.

Any time one uses the wipers it will scratch the crap out of it.

Luckily, our windshields are cheap enough to replace you could buy a new one every year and still come out ahead.

My wife's Prius windshield was $313 after tax/install fees. Pretty cheap to just buy yourself without bothering insurance.
