Window sticker help

I got my window sticker today. Some information I read, it seems to indicate that it’s built, however the dealer told me that it has not. Also I have no idea what the boxes at the top mean (ramp, bump, ect). Someone help me out and let me know if I can expect something concrete soon. Thanks!

The window sticker usually becomes available a few days before the build date.
